Q: Do I have to be an Academy Mortgage employee to use the store?
A: Nope! Anyone can order from us. That being said, our marketing pieces are intended for real estate professionals, such as Realtors, Title Agents and Builders.
Q: Will you ship to my location?
A: Yes, unless noted on the product. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of our items. Some marketing items must be picked up at local branch offices all over Arizona, just choose your branch when you order!
Q: I have a gift card or a coupon. How do I use it?
A: At check out, just enter your code in the designated box. Your order total will be recalculated. It’s as simple as that!
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: For your security, we use Checkout with Paypal. You can use any credit card or paypal credit associated with your account.
